Most of my adult life I struggled, I was a busy executive, long hours, lots of travel. I couldn't seem to find the time to eat healthy or exercise regularly.
Then it happen! "The Moment". My realization that something had to change or I was going to die. One simple flight of stairs. I was winded, my back hurt, my knees hurt. I was done living that way.
